Another boy died the other day harvesting the mighty alphonso mango. The scapegoat of his troop says that he was reaching for a very large mango towards the top of a particular chanini tree and simply lost his balance and fell off. We mourn his death in the village but also, we rejoice, for the young boy died the most noble death a man can die: harvesting mangos for the clan.
May Mangore bless his soul.
Some Mangos
These "Alphonso" mangos are about 6 months old and are already very large. They will sell for the highest price in the markets.
